# Automation

* Auto-Delete: create rules for the deletion of a WorkSpace. This could be for unused WorkSpaces after a defined number of days, or a fixed time period for users such as contractors;
* API Integration: integrate into your existing external applications (e.g., Service Now), therefore automating the business processes of managing your WorkSpaces desktop;
* Password Reminders: users will automatically be informed that their WorkSpaces password needs to be changed;
* Auto-Reboot of Unhealthy WorkSpaces: eliminate 99.9% of those unhealthy WorkSpaces through WSM automation and migration to a healthy host;
* Auto Provision: create 1000s of WorkSpaces in one go via the bulk import function or by adding a user to an AD group. Automatically tag these users with pre-defined, fixed tags;
* Auto Wake Up: schedule a time to automatically start stopped or suspended WorkSpaces for essential patching of Amazon WorkSpaces.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.nuvens.cloud/architecture/workspaces-manager-architecture-guide/automation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
